So current incentives I have are the 3000 + 1000 on a 23' plus 750 for military. Seems like dealers are discounting price off MSRP by 3000 or so themselves. So ~8000 off MSRP is an average deal? I would also consider a 22' but Im not sure what incentives they have running for those.

I can build or try off the lot. Just looking for advice, thanks.

I’d aim for 10-13% off of MSRP. That should bring you to close to roughly 5% below invoice which is what you’d get from a volume dealer.

You're in Virginia. Look up Koons Tysons Jeep. Think they are doing 6% under invoice for orders before incentives right now for retail orders with no financing or tread requirements.
