Wheel/Tire Offset Help

I bought some rims(17x9.0) with a +12 offset. I was under the impression it was a -12 offset. I already ordered tires(315/70/17) for the rims thinking it was a -12 offset. Now knowing it was as +12 offset, will I experience any rubbing with the +12 rims with 315/70/17 tires?

Here is what I have. I am happy with the poke. its not crazy. I have 0 lift. No rubbing yet, maybe a full stuff. Have not tested yet. No issues U-turning.
