I'm trying to figure out where I can find a roll of this type of foam tape. I'm not looking for the precut Mopar supplied version but I'm looking for a general roll of the stuff for other uses such as a barrier for wires.

Does anyone know where I can find this exact tape or something very similar?

I forgot to mention that the tape in the picture is for a JK header and the specific tape I'm referring to is the one on the right and not the left.

I needed some when I had the JL. I needed a 2" wide by 3/8" thick (uncompressed) foam tape and found it at Amazon.

If you search Amazon for;

“Foam Boat Decking”
Or
“Adhesive foam padding”
Or
”Foam tape sheets”

You can typically find stuff like that in self help stores, hardware stores, craft/hobby stores, and the like. Think outside of strictly automotive use and your options will open up.

Check out foam pipe insulation tape available at HD and Lowes.
I have used the Armacell insulation tape for isulating an air intake on a past project and it holds up very well to high underhood temperatures.

So this particular foam is no more that 1-2mm in thickness and it conforms to the shape of the item that it presses against

It is 1/8" thick, just a little over 3mm. The Armaflex stuff has reinforcing threads on the back (see the pic on the HD site) to keep it from being stretched, but it conforms well. If you need something without the reinforcement, the other stuff at Lowes may not have it.

There is also this K-Flex stuff at HD:
