I think they are different. Gladiator seems have a longer wheel base.
I found this comparison picture, and you will notice that doors and front are exactly the same. After that complete different veicules.

As far I known they are the same. They use the same 7 bolts in the side and 4 in the bottom.

Ive got a brand new set of rock rails just taken off a 2021 Willys gladiator. All hardware is included for 150$. Located in northern Oklahoma if anyone is looking to pick up!!
