Which wire is my back-up lights?

I’m installing the Vision-X reverse lights. I want to wire them directly to the truck’s reverse lights. I have the LED lights and I’m working off the passenger side.

Which one is it?

And is the solid black the ground?

I used one of these:

Made it real easy. Gives you a ground and reverse wire. I connected a set of these, working six months with no issues.
