4th wire on aux lights, USB?

So I bought a cheap set of Chinese pod projectors with halos to use as off road lights mounted on the A pillar (maybe). I have a question though. The lights came without any wiring instructions of course and it has an extra wire labeled USB. There is a + wire for the projectors, a + wire for the halo, a - wire and this USB wire. What is it for?

I haven't even began to try and hook them up because I am waiting to decide where I want them exactly but the wiring got me thinking. Will they work without the USB wire hooked up? What does it do if I use the USB wire?

Have a link to the model? You should be able to just hook them up to test before you do something permanent. Maybe the USB is for some kind of rgb programming?
