That does look interesting but I have a couple of 8 ton standard bottle jacks in the truck for less than that. Toss in a couple of 2x4 cutoff's and I'm good to start the cussing.

Now if it bolted into the hitch and had an electric motor I'd be ordering it (I've seen two starting at $1800).

This just looks comparable to those electric ones for a whole lot less.

Yea my thoughts as well. I'll have to decide if I want to buy one and let the wife find out later ...
Just came back from a week long trip had to put 3 new tires on the in-laws RV (single axle).

This thing looks like it would easily fit under my rear seat.

When you go to Amazon on the provided link the following is found for this item;
“Currently unavailable.
We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock.”
I also could not find this item when I went to Bunker Industry’s website. I’ve never heard of this company until now. Has anyone purchased from Bunker recently or know anything about them?

I think there were 7 left in stock when I posted the link. I've heard great things about their products.

May not mean a lot these days....but the URL was registered 6 years ago (a lot of the popup dropship sites that just resell AliBaba stuff are brand new), and is publicly registered to a physical address in Australia that leads to a brick and mortar outdoor store.

https://www.whois.com/whois/bunkerindust.com

https://www.vicoffroad.com.au/

Edit: .......which then leads to this site that is also registered in Australia to a company called LightFox whose Key Principal is a person named Fei Dai.

Sneaky Double Edit: .........and circling all the way back around to the initial bunkerindust.com URL leads to an address (100 N Howard St STE R) in Washington that houses a company providing Registered Agent services.

https://www.washingtonregisteredagent.com/

None of this necessarily means anything about their quality or validity....just observations. Someone else can take over the sleuthing from here, lmao.

Did you order one? If you did, how about your thoughts on it when you get your hands on it? The video has me interested. Thanks

I never got a chance, and now they are out of stock. This one costs twice as much and looks similar, but only has a 4400 lb. capacity. https://a.co/d/cVBLw6N

The Bunker Industry jack is much more versatile because of the range of height it provides not to mention the capacity and price. Guess I’ll just wait.

Something... something... software.
I got the El Gato hydraulic off-road jack by Go Rhino. It.looks a little bigger than the Bunker Ind one. It fits in the storage bin under the back seats. From what I can tell I need to buy the extension piece and I just can't seem to make myself do that after shelling out what I did for the jack. It is VERY heavy. I can't imagine using the mount they have for the driver side in front of the door. It would be like having a kid ride in one of those safari hunting style seats.

Yeah, $80 for the extended tooth seems a little high.

I would strongly recommend against it.
maybe I just got a bad one, but using it today it started spewing hydraulic oil. No clue what happened, but you can see it running down the side, and when I push the piston down you can see it bubble out the side a bit.
Broke on me today while I was tinkering under the Jeep.
Really bummed because it has a great height range and fit under the back seat perfect.
