Seems like an interesting concept although it's an EV with only a 150 mile range. I admire the outside the box thinking but will it go the way of the Edsel and the Delorean. At the very least they're trying something new.

If it was ever realistic that price point could be met, I would be the first in line for one. The problem is it will be like the Ford Maverick that was suppose to be sold under $20K and it got coopted by speculators buying out what little allotment there was for them and then the manufacturer jacks the price the next model year.

No EV model to date has ever met it's initial marketed pricing.

Ford has openly said they sell their EVs at a loss when they first release them to build a customer base and market share, then they raise pricing.
