Why I like Craigslist...

The cool thing I have always liked about Jeep is the ability to pick up new (take-off) parts from other Jeeps (typically I watch Craigslist).

This is the Sport S that I purchased up a couple of weeks ago.

So far added...

New Overland Wheels and Tires (4) - $400*
Rubicon front bumper (only red hooks visible in photo) - $150
Rock Rails from Rubicon - $100

*Sold my Sport S wheels for $300

Congrats! It's difficult to tell from the picture; So the hooks are on, but not the steel bumper itself?

After some serious going back and forth about what I wanted to do with fog lights, I kept the Sport Bumper for now...but took the red hooks out of the Rubicon. The $150 was not for a steel bumper...just the normal one.

What's up man.....thanks for the info....I agree it's definitely worth the drive...last night I was just up late researching and thinking about this purchase...which dealership did you get your gladiator from around town?....I'm always checking Craig's for all kinds of car stuff but never find what I'm looking for ...it's definitely an art form

I got mine from Greenway. I purchased my last two from them. I like that we (via text) can agree on everything before I ever set foot in the dealer.

Got it! I was also going to suggest you got a hell of a deal! CL is a great place to look and I would suggest to not limit yourself to your local CL's. I've sold items (Jeep related, especially) to individuals hundreds of miles away but it worked out for both of us as I had family in that area, etc. and I didn't mind making a personal family trip and help someone out as well. On the flip side, the deal may warrant a trip with your top and doors off and the open road!
