Celica vs Willys?

Didn’t work out great for the Toyota. He tried to turn out of it and went under the driver side rear bumper. I have 1 small dent under the bumper, but steering is off so there has to be some other damage.

New member here. This is my first Gladiator and fourth Jeep. 2021 with low mileage and zero scratches or dings. I'm already thinking new (larger) tires are in order. Nothing radical, maybe 33-34". Oh, and a leveling kit.

Looking at tires for my 21 Sting Grey with a 2" AEV lift. Anyone running 285 75 17 AT tires or the Kenda Klever 35x10.5's on their Willys? Pros and Cons would help in my decision process. Pics would be great too. Thanks in advance!!

Even updating for tire size to the PCM, you will take a hit on the 35's with the factory 3.73 gearing and staying in 8th gear on the highway. Any slight incline, it will be hunting and pecking back and forth between 7th and 8th gear. The 285/75/17 less so but I suspect you will be on the margins with that.

I am looking at the 285/75r17 as well as 295/70/r17, I only have a 1.5 level for the front and have changed over to a used Rubicon shocks and springs. I have plenty of room to go up to a 34 for sure. I know I will take a hit on mine as I am a MT. However, I live on the coast and it is very flat and I work from home and sometimes don't even start it up for days at a time. I'm older and my kids are grown so I don't really need it for long highway trips and such. Once the clutch stuff is figured out I will be going to Centerforce or other aftermarket which will help some. If it is just too much, I will go ahead and look at gears as well.

I'm going with the TeraFlex 1.5 leveling kit on mine. I figure to go with LT 285/70r17 all terrains (about 33"). I really don't want to deal with re-gearing at this point. I would love to see some pics of a similar setup if someone could post them.

Ram241, I have the BFG 285/75/17’s. No difference noticed on the diesel other than a quieter & smoother ride getting off the factory MT’s.
