The first picture is the vehicle side of the wiring for the lights on the fender. The second is the fender side of the same connector. The third is the plug info showing what each wire is.

Now to my question. The vehicle side has the wiring for Daytime running lights. The fender side is missing the one wire and associated ground. If I add those wires on the fender side of the plug would I now have DRLs? Obviously connected to a compatible light setup.

Second part is...how easy is it to add wires to a plug?

I have a Sport S without LED. The fourth picture is my old setup before the fender chop but shows the factory set up.

If you are not swapping in the LED fender lights, then you can’t just add the missing DRL and ground wire to your existing light pigtail, because there are no dedicated DRL LEDs on your light’s circuit board for the wires to go to. What you CAN do is, on the truck side wiring where the DRL wire is present, tap that DRL wire and jump it over to whichever light circuit you want to be DRLs. You would put a diode on the DRL jumper wire in the direction of the light circuit you are tapping. You would also put a diode on the light circuit being tapped into BEFORE the tap. Then you would use software, like AlfaOBD, to enable the dedicated DRL circuits, and enable DRL dropout.
