Wiring harness question

So, I took my front doors off for the first time yesterday and am wondering what the purpose is for the wiring harness on my Sport which has has manual windows and locks.
I figured there would not be a wiring harness as there are on models with power door options.

It's for the dome lights, and maybe the mirrors, but not sure if they're manual as well

Perhaps the dome lights. I noticed the radio does not stay on for 30 seconds or until the door is opened after the engine is turned off also, but I though there may just be a pressure switch in the door jam that controlled those.

If the wire is disconnected, or say the doors are off, what happens to radio when you turn off the truck?

Radio goes off with the engine, so obviously that is on thing it controls.

It controls the dome and floor light. If no doors no auto dome lights. Keep unplugged if you want quick on and off if you don't care about the dome and floor lights.
