At least I think it’s them as I can reach and wiggle with my hands to expose the lack of tolerance in the connection joint. Guessing it shouldn’t be anything to do with lift and 3/4” pucks I also had put in up front? Always felt it most noticeable from up under front passenger side which is where those link ends attach to wheel.

So I’m at about 3/4’s of a year on my Mopar lift with 37’s on stock wheels. I get this loose rattle knock from front end pretty much anywhere the road isn’t flat pavement. I reach under and can easily twist those bars and feel and hear the play. Just at dealer now hoping it’s just a matter of retorque all the lift susp bolts etc. As I’ve done a bit of reading on this last night.

for an off-road vehicle this cannot be normal as it’s embarrassing pulling into a parking lot or out of my alley and the knock that comes sounds like the truck broke something or is about to fall apart

I was tolerating it until last week I had to drive through a pasture during deer hunting and just crawling along through the bumpy pasture it was constant and this will make a lousy truck to get into a hunting area quietly with what sounds like a leprechaun under there smacking the frame with a ball peen hammer.

do tell what are my options to fix this if dealership can’t?

Are you front springs bowed inwards? It sounds like the coils hitting the frame to me.

My trackbar makes a slight knocking sound when I work the wheel but its a Terflex IR trackbar with a freely rotating bushing, it rocks front to rear in the mount but no movement as if it were a loose mounting bolt

Ok so it was mostly my sway bar. I will be testing it further this weekend to confirm. The play in the drag/tie bar end links was normal according to dealer tech. He went over the suspension tightened things back up but he picked up on the sway bar right away, which I removed for awhile then put back in but the bolts with bushings down low we’re just not tight enough. So far it seems better and it’s not knocking doing little things like coming out of alley etc.

by all accounts this one on me and seems better but until I get some off-road field testing this weekend I can only say this much

My 06 TJ was similar, I was going nuts trying to find the knocking. My rear swaybar mounting bolts were just loose enough to let the mount knock when the chassis rolled side to side.
