Interesting.
Compatible with ALL 2020-2026 Gladiator JT & 2018-2026 Wrangler JL/JLU?
Even the 392 Wranglers, Mojave Gladiators, export models, and the factory optional Power Dome hood?

Two (2) Questions... Is this capable of holding the Mojave Steel Hood or just the Al ones on all other JTs and JLs? Country of Manufacture? Could not find a website for your Name.

The company has a whopping 400 and change reviews on Amzn. Honestly I would have hoped that the forum admins would have higher standards for any vetting process, _before_ allowing them to solicit to their valuable members. I thought a lot of these offshore companies pay ppl to provide reviews, so it’s hard for me to trust them. Just my 2 cents.

I have never bought on Amazon. I don't have an account. I will buy off a real company here . I prefer the ones with King shock with JT valves.

Gotta start somewhere. If they're a legitimate vendor willing to send $$$ to the forum for some exposure, can't fault the forum.

I think Tecbaba was the first to the market with the retractable in-bed ratchet straps for the JT. I got a set for Christmas, and the quality is on par with anything on the shelf at Harbor Freight (I mean that as a compliment).

That's where I was headed with my question. There is a significant difference in weight between the various JL/JT aluminum hoods and the various steel ones. Reputable companies like Redline sell one kit for the aluminum hoods, and a different one for the steel. My concern about using the same struts for both is are they going to be too weak to safely support the steel hoods after they've seen some use? Or are they going to be too strong for the aluminum hood, and cause it to open too fast, or worse bend it when you are trying to close it?

I understand the start somewhere reference, I’m well aware of where many of our products are manufactured, and as someone that’s tried ( and failed ) at starting a business, I don’t have issues with startups. I do take issue with the maturity of products, marketing, and business, when I go to purchase items. It’s a personal thing, and I’m not trying to persuade folks one way or another. Some folks online still remember the days of mail orders from sears, jc penny and the like; shopping was based on a picture with a really brief description and that’s it. Today we have way more information, along with more misinformation. The rules of engagement are also different when we talk about warranties, refunds, customer service, and how long it takes for any RMA or remediation. There is a point where a company has enough of a reputation where my level of trust is high enough to even entertain a purchase; for me this company appears well below my personal threshold for even determining that level of trust. Again, I’m not trying to sway anyone, I’ve just been burned too many times. $$$ alone does not buy my trust.

If it’s listed on Amzn, I just assume that it’s coming from China; not much difference from Temu anymore.

Interesting that in almost every way - brackets and all look just like redline.
And Redline has struts for the aluminum hoods - and heavier struts for the Mojave and other steel hoods. There's a difference in the struts.
IMO, a copy of Redline.

You don't want the struts for steel on your aluminum hood for sure. Been dealing with struts since I first bought an Eagle back in 1984 - you need to get the right struts for the weight.
These brackets look like exact copies of the Redline.

When I bought my Mojave, I asked Redline if they'd sell me just the struts for my Mojave hood and I'd re-use the brackets from my Overland. Redline said sure - and sold me just the struts cheaper than the whole kit. I now have an extra pair of struts only for the aluminum hood - and was HOPING they'd be spares for my wife, but Jeep F'd that up for us, dang it.

And that's why I have Redlines.
I was considering these for the wife's NEW new Wrangler, but even though these copycats are half the price, There is no way the same struts can properly and safely work on both the lightest aluminum hoods and the heaviest steel hoods that are close to twice the weight.
Until I see a build sheet to know what random hood is apparently up next when hers comes down the line, I'll have to hold off on ordering the Redlines.

I just ordered a set. For $40 I figured it would be worth a try… if they are decent, I’ll order another for my wrangler. I can post my thoughts here once I get them.
