I just realized we announced this over on the JL forum, but not here :O

For months we have tested different rod ends, and different configurations of this setup...we believe that we have now brought to market THE most economical / cost effective steering upgrade for the JL / JT platform.

2.5 Ton Rod ends
2" OD SOLID 7075 Aluminum Rods. Machined 100% in house
Direct Bolt on, no drilling / reaming
NO BS Warranty

This kit is available NOW (linked below). We cannot wait for you to try our steering, we believe this will be a game changer.

Below are some shots of our test rigs out in Moab last year (driven there and back from the east coast) testing these kits.

These are also eligible for our forum discount code, so dont forget to take advantage of that!

Which rod ends are you using? Made in house or by someone else to your specs? Same question about the aluminum parts.

The rod ends are outsourced.

We machine the aluminum in house on our CNC lathe.

Your components look great. Do you have anything for an adjustable track bar?
Thanks

Do these require a specific backspacing like rpm does?

What’s the weight of this system? I’m curious if there’s much weight savings over steel systems.

@CavFab_MFG Any input? I would like to get this, just need to know how to mount my Fox ATS. thanks
was looking at Apex site, they have several options. Also Rusty's though can't remember if that comes with the other bracket in a kit.

Thanks, I found parts from other companies to make it work. But would rather order everything from one vendor.

That's a great price...less than I paid for my Apex 2.5 ton and it looks very similar. Add the power steering booster and it looks like a great setup.

Good looking work.
