Earl paint color now available on 2023 Jeep Gladiator!

Jeep® Brand Adds Earl Exterior Paint Color to 2023 Gladiator Palette

• Now open for orders, the newest color is available on all Gladiator models, priced at a U.S. manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) of $695

November 29, 2022 , Auburn Hills, Mich. - The Jeep® brand is diversifying the Gladiator palette, adding the Earl exterior paint color to the 2023 lineup.

Initially featured on the Gladiator Farout concept, Earl, a bold shade of gray with hints of aquamarine, joins the Gladiator lineup following its production debut earlier this year on the 2023 Wrangler lineup.

“The Jeep community voiced a ton of positive feedback for Earl when it debuted on the Gladiator Farout concept,” said Jim Morrison, senior vice president and head of Jeep brand North America. “We work to deliver what our customers tell us they want, and Earl is the latest example of another standout shade that speaks to our loyal and avid Jeep community.”

Earl joins High Velocity, Firecracker Red, Hydro Blue, Sarge Green, Silver Zynith, Sting-Gray, Granite Crystal, black and Bright White as available exterior paint colors for the 2023 Jeep Gladiator.

Available on all Gladiator models, including Sport, Overland, Rubicon and Mojave, the Earl exterior paint option is available now for ordering and is priced at a U.S. manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) of $695.

Awesome color!! I wish I could have waited for this color.

I saw the Farout concept at Easter Jeep Safari back in 2021. That was the first I heard of Earl. Absolutely gorgeous color! Here are some pics.


I've recently seen a couple JLs that are Earl. It would seem to me that the color has changed slightly from the Farout concept. It seemed a lot more subtle on the JT. Here are some pics of the JL in Earl.



It could easily be the lighting that makes it look different. As a Gator owner, I know how it's possible for a color to look completely different in different conditions. Either way, Earl is a gorgeous color!

A little earlier than previously thought. Been watching this color over on the wrangler forums, and I will need to see a few in person. It could just be me, but the pics I have seen of the early wranglers in earl appear a bit more baby blue than the minty green undertones I thought I saw in the Farout concept.

Who makes that bushbar on the front grill of the Farout concept?

I like this one alot. Ram had a 2016 in this color was close to gettting it but the wife like the Maxsteel better. Also my favorite Yota color.

If I'm not mistaken, the majority of the parts used on these concept vehicles is Mopar. I believe Mopar makes a low, medium and high profile grill guard. This one is likely the high profile one.

Correction: It's Warn that makes the low, mid and high profile grill guards. I believe it's this one...

I agree. Saw Farout concept in person in Moab, and I was drooling to order it with greenish undertones. Saw two JLs in person at dealer, and it’s a more baby blue grey. That stopped me from ordering it.

Sweet, another shade of gray

Ya know...when I ordered my Gladiator Overland in May of 2019, of all the colors offered, the only one I really liked was the Firecracker Red so, that's what I got. LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!

Today, as I was coming out of that big orange box hardware store and looking for my vehicle, that Firecracker Red really stood out from ALL the other vehicles in the lot.

I came to realize as I looked around the lot that MOST vehicles today are gray, silver, tannish or metallic tannish, or some kinda sorta drabish color.

Whilst I know everyone has their own preferences as to their car color, maybe do something drastic and STANDOUT FROM THE CROWD!!!! Be seen

I will actually admit that if that Snazzberry Red was available in 2019 when they came out with the Gladiator, that'd be my color of choice but, it'd still stand out in a crowd
