Are we just fully out of luck as we have the new ECU? Been putting off a full Hemi if I could save the cash. There’s no way t lo swap to the old one?

It’s possible. I’ve looked into it. I keep checking to see if a local salvage yard has had a gladiator come through where I can pull the ECM and entire electrical system from.

What would be needed for this type of swap?

ECM? Reprogramming, additional components?

Ideally 10k with parts sounds better then 30k but I also don’t want to turn into an entire rats nest.

I don't think you need the entire electrical system you need the under hood and engine harness

Correct. I believe the cut off was late July. New ECM. Dave has a good write up on how to check.
