Current MPG disappeared

I noticed yesterday on the MPG screen that current MPG disappeared and now only shows miles left till empty. Before it showed miles till empty on the left and current MPG on the right I tried resetting the MPG screen and all of the screens and it still isn't showing. I looked in the owners manual to see if there was a way to change it and it doesn't mention being able to change it. I have attached a picture of what it currently looks like. Thanks for any help!

Already tried that. It just makes the miles to empty disappear on the next screen.
