Possible tire scam? maxxis razr mt

I got in on the Kenda sale for 315's earlier this year for Wal-Mart, sometimes these turn out to be real.
I also bought a set of 5 of these, as at that price I can afford to take a chance, says delivery Friday. We'll see how they turn out.

I have bought tires with Giga Tires through Amazon. They are legit. However, they have been known to ship tires that were 2-3 years old. That wasn't the case for me.

Someone posted a similar Walmart sale on the same brand of tire and the guy took deliver of a different tire.

Yes, I was one of those guys. But again, it's Walmart, you will have no problem getting your money back. Absolutely think it is worth the gamble for someone who wants that tire. The Kenda's and Kuhmos turned out to be real

It’s the in. My 37x12.5’s are perfect, so n that they don’t rub, but barely. 13.5’s almost certainly would when steering without changing the offset.

True, but I am still on stock 4.10 gears and I think I would be couch bound if I spent another $.01 on the Jeep right now ?

I’m completely aware they’re different tires, but it’s a hell of a price for 40’s.

I'm thinking he means that the specs on the link for the 40s don't match the name. i.e. it lists a 10" width and 20" diameter for the tire, also two different tire pictures. The 40's would be much more of a crap shoot to buy and hope for the right tire.

Yes exactly what I meant. The specs list a completely different tire, where the original post for the 37's , the specs match the title.
