Save your money on the throttle spacer. Better option would be something like the Banks Pedal Monster or something like that.

I'd save your money on the throttle body spacer. As others mentioned the Banks, iDrive, or Pedal Commander will give you more of what your probably looking for than the spacer.
If you are dead set on doing upgrades, look at a ported throttle body instead of the spacer. Just know that upgrades like that won't mean as much to the engine without the addition of a few other upgrades and a tune.
I used MMX Performance for their V6 parts on my Challenger. Noticed zero gains (and actually got a little worse) when I added just a CAI and then a ported throttle body to go with it. Added an exhaust, ported upper and lower intake manifolds and a tune and whoop there she went. (It was probably, mostly the tune.)

Side note - Depending on when your 21 was built, you may have the newer GPEC5 PCM, if so then no tuning support is available right now and I'd save your money until they figure that out. Sorry to be the downer, but I've grown accustomed to the fact there's very little I can do in the engine right now.

I do not run it in economy but there is a setting. The setting I am running is fairly low because the reaction is immediate. Too high and it drops a gear (even 2 or 3) to fast in normal highway driving. You have to play around with it to see what fits you best, there are many settings.

You'd be better served getting a pedal enhancer like the ones mentioned above me and a less restrictive air intake. And even the intake is kinda sketch.
