I have had my sway bar disconnect itself randomly many times after installing my Taser. I've searched and haven't found anyone else mention that they've had this problem with theirs. Before I reach out to Z Automotive I thought I'd check here to see if anyone has had this issue. Thanks!

I’ve experienced sway bar reconnecting and traction control re enabled and lockers disconnected. Happened mid obstacle and had to turn off the vehicle and restart to get things to work again. This happened now 4 times.

Do you know if you have sway kill programmed to one of the hot keys? Does it happen with the cruise control off?

I use it on a hot key while offroad. The hot keys only work while on the audio screen and cruise control off.

Thanks for the brainstorm, but no I do not have it set to a hot key.

I'm going to remove it and see if there's a firmware update for it. Perhaps it's just a software bug. I was just curious if anyone else has had a similar issue.

It maybe pre-programmed to one of the hot keys.

I thought I might be hitting a hotkey, but nope - we've been driving on the freeway straight and level, and I've had the swaybar disconnect. No biggie, but it sure doesn't handle like you expect at 70 MPH!

Thats weird! I would definitely try without the tazer installed. If that is the problem I would reach out to Z automotive. I believe the sway bar is supposed to reconnect at any speed over 20mph even when disabled by the hot keys.

Swaykill will let it stay disconnected at higher speeds but it won't disconnect until you are under 15 or 20 mph.

Yeah, that's exactly my scenario. It'll randomly disconnect at any speed. It reconnects as soon as I hit the button, and then sometimes it'll disconnect itself within a minute or two, sometimes after an extended period, and sometimes not at all. It's definitely a glitch.
