All,

After parked for a week (it didn't come with us for Christmas) my 2020 Overland won't start. It:
  • Has battery power (how much I'm not sure - haven't metered them yet)
  • When you try to start, there is almost a like a pulse in the cabin from all the lights) then:
    • Idiot lights engage
  • Lights are bright, but it doesn't even try to turn over
  • There is a click
  • I tried with both keys
  • It does not give the message to use the key next to the start button
  • It worked fine a week ago. Parked outside is the cold wave (in Austin so not too bad vs. other parts of the country)
  • Prior to leaving, the volts gauge was reading 14.4ish

Appreciate any sequence of events - I'm 18 hrs road weary and will deal with it tomorrow!

You need to put a volt meter to the battery.
Sitting for a week could mean that you had a weak battery or batteries and then sitting, the parasitic drains these all have, drained them so they are too weak to let it start. These have systems that shut certain things down once the voltage drops to a certain point. You may have reached that point.

The 14.4 only means that the charging system was putting out, not that the batteries were charged or ok.
