Why did you/didn’t you lift your JT?

Did just a levelling kit, wheels and 35's mainly to keep it in my garage, it has a low door header.

Figured I’d revive an old thread. I got my lift because I like the military looks of bigger tires I was replicating a SEMA build that was running 40’s which was not an option. I opted for a JKS JVenture 3-3 1/2 lift kit with fox performance 2.0 shocks, steer smarts bracket. It’s a more Robust lift than the Mopar lift kit which were having issues with death wobble. It’s a more affordable option than the more high end solutions & gives a good ride along with some off-road capabilities & gives me the look of the SEMA build, a lot of bang for the buck. With the 37’s it’s up a lot higher than I imagined. I ended up getting RSE power side steps. I also regeared to 5.13s. I’m ready for the zombie apocalypse with this build lol.

2.5 lift and 35s for better obstacle clearance. my old LJ had 35s on it and it was just about perfect for the off roading I do.

Wise choice. Bet off-roading with your setup is a blast.

As a first-time Jeep buyer I had no idea that mine was lifted when I bought it.
That said, that extra 2 inches makes all the difference in all the right places, and I'm not giving it back ?

No lift. I like to use a lot of black spray paint on the bottom side after a trip out.
Oh, and I’m short.
