I was holding out for Earl on the Gladiator, but my wife and I decided that a Wrangler would fit our needs better. We placed our order for an Earl JLUR this afternoon. Good luck to all that are continuing to wait.

I've been thinking the same thing and just the other day I saw a new Cactus Gray (very similar to Earl) Bronco on bronze wheels. It didn't blow me away, but I didn't hate it either - maybe that's because I'm just not that big a fan of the Bronco.

…That Ranger paint is suspiciously close to matching that Chipolte sign. It gives me mixed emotions.

Have seen several JL's this color being transported out of Toledo on I75 this week.
Kind of an odd grey color that has a lot of a green cast to it in the sun.

gotta admit, the green gives me pause. …but I also hate body-colored flares and roof, so seeing the Willys posted above is reassuring.

I don't have a dog in this fight, as am very happy with my Hydro Mojave.

Just thought it would do well to point out that none of the pictures I've seen posted here of Earl accurately show what it really looks like in person.

Would not be happy myself if I ordered sight unseen expecting a "dove" grey color as the pictures have shown, and getting something with an unexpected green tint to it.

OK. I have seen the wranglers in Earl Gray hitting the lot and like the color after seeing it in person. The wife loves the color, and we now have a real problem. Did anyone pull the trigger and order this color on a JT? I'd like to hear anyone's experience so far....maybe you have a delivery date?

I’ve got an Earl Mojave on the way. Production completed, just waiting for it to make the 3 hour “transport” from Toledo to north-western Indiana.

almost skipped the color when I found out that 1/2 doors weren’t available. Honestly, if I don’t like it in person, I’ll leave it at the dealer and order Sting with half-doors.

I was next to an Earl JL Rubicon yesterday in the wild. With the overcast skies, it had a greenish blue tint to it.. Neat colour, still not sold on it.
