“No Jeep is alike”. And I am finding that out very quickly. Anyways, is there anyway I can make this oem fog light work on my bumper? I am aware that it’s off of a Rubicon steel bumper. I have the plastic Rubicon bumper unfortunately. I did not think there would be any problems. I was very wrong I don’t care if I need to Dremel it off in order to make it work. Perhaps somebody here has found a solution? I can’t be the first person who’s had this happen. On a sidenote, I am learning a lot. I appreciate everybody’s input and help.

Also, if your plastic bumper fog lights are halogen, you'll need to change the computer settings to run the new LED fog lights.

The MOPAR LED fog light design was updated at some point. I know the old ones weren't very great at all, and my Diode Dynamics SS3 Pros were WAY brighter when I upgraded to them. I'm not sure if the new MOPAR ones are any brighter than the old design.

Unfortunately, these aren’t the brackets I need. These are for steel bumper only. The bracket that is vertical, is too big. Unless I’m missing something??

Pop the panel off and you’ll see that iou don’t have a 6 inch vertical bracket as shown in the photo I shared. You’ll have 4 mounting screws in each corner.

Beware of the adapter brackets sold on Amazon - some simply are made wrong and won't work putting Overland type fog lights in a Rubicon steel bumper.
(found out the hard way)
I was unable to make them work.

I bet you are right, but what I was showing is look at the lens/light…. They are totally different just from the “light” if you posted a photo of an OEM metal bumper fog… I posted a photo of a plastic number fog.

You’re correct. I didnt have morning coffee when I read your comment. I apologize. These are from a 2021 rubicon steel bumper. The diode dynamic photo that I shared in original was just showing the brackets as an example. The Mopar light photo that I showed who is the actual fuck boy that I have. I ended up buying some oracle fog lights with halo that were listed on the marketplace. I only paid $40 and they look great. They were brand new, so I can’t complain.
