Today the Tazer and Lasfit switch kit went in. These are also repeat parts that we've liked from our other rig.

We're considering an RSI Smartcap for the white jeep. It'll had a large dry space for daily life. Any reason or lesson you've learned that I should know before making a decision?

Yesterday the LED DRL and TRN bulbs went in. We are scheduled to get our Smartcap on Friday. I'm excited to see it and how it will increase the protected space of the bed. We're used to the open air rack on the blue Jeep, so this will be a good comparison.

We also found a local fabricator that is going to modify our factory rubicon rock rails. We are going to have tubular steps added to be similar to our RockHard4x4 rails on the blue Jeep.

I was out last week on a work trip while the wife was out the week prior to that for work. I came home with a head cold, so we didn't get out this weekend. I'm hoping we can get out a few more times before the white fluffy stuff shows up. The mountains around our home already have snow on them. It's going to be a race against time!

Rugged Ridge hood locks. We have Rampage on the blue Jeep and so far I prefer those to the Rugged Ridge ones.

Got the modified Rubicon rock rails back for the white Jeep. I'll be finishing them up with sanding and paint here soon ?

I may have also spoken to a local retailer, Total Truck in Anchorage, about a Long Range America auxiliary tank setup as well ?
