Annoying rattle in driver's door?

I discovered a similar noise and it is the rear view mirrors. It only does it when I get up over 40 or so. Now I just have to figure out a fix.

Any of you guys with this have sill protectors? I have the rugged ridge which do 'lip over' and affect the seal a bit.

If you are within warranty, have the dealership fix it.

The dealership will never touch mine. It would need to be a blown engine or tranny.

Nope. No dealership will, or has ever touched it. I have zero trust in that system. They’re not setup to deal with modified Jeeps. If anything, it’s asking for a drivetrain warranty to be voided.

How can a rattle in the door be tied to an issue with a modification? Did you modify your door?
Just take your door off and take it in to the dealership.

Dealerships get a little weird when you present parts detached from the vehicle for warranty repair.

Tried something similar with a RAM I had and a tailgate problem and it was a leave the vehicle with them with the tailgate or not at all. Had no bearing if the tailgate was left on or off for the repair but they looked at it like it became a body shop issue if I left the loose item with them.

Most techs aren't going to help with small rattles like such. If you inclined, I'd go about it yourself.
