Shimmy

I have developed a shimmy in the front end, but this is odd, its not when I hit a bump. It happens when going through turns between 55-60. Doesn't happen at higher or lower speeds and I notice it more when its cold. I can run 80 on the interstate with no hands, hit a bump and nothing....

Think two lane road, sweeping turns going through the mountains

I am at a loss here, everything underneath is tight, I have checked the torque twice. My only thought is that it could be the tires???

Lift and tires installed at ~ 7K miles and I am currently at ~ 22K.

Any thoughts? TIA!

2022 JTRD
Clayton 3 1/2" lift
Fox shocks

Most likely an out of balance tire.

I thought so too...just had a four rebalanced

Balance should be felt going straight on any road. Curves don't change the balance of the tire.
I'm thinking just tires themselves, the forces put on them in cornering means you are riding on different parts of the tires with different stresses - such as riding a bit more on the outer edge, where there could be a belt issue.
Cold making it worse is also a possible clue to the tire itself being a problem. Balance doesn't change with temperature.
Tires balanced to be perfectly smooth going straight don't lose balance when you turn the wheels. Still the same tires and same balance.

I would grab your spare and test drive each tire. Is your PSI correct as well?

I an really thinking its the tires too. About 15k miles on the tires, and they are wearing great. Wheels are 17x9.5 Hard Rock

No spare......running 30psi

If you're seeing it more when it's cold then it may be something slightly loose and not torqued properly, which is very common in these things. Even a brand new fresh from the dealer would see the business end of my torque wrench as soon as I got it home.

What was done in the lift installation to correct caster and suspension geometry?
Have you checked the torque on the ball joints?
Are you using wheel spacers?
Have you upgraded the steering stabilizer?
Have you checked the steering gearbox bolts and the Pitman arm nut?
Have done of had an alignment done?
Have you swapped the tires and wheels front to back?

There are numerous things that should methodically checked and verified that they are in spec before you go chasing tire issues.
A stabilizer can mitigate hidden issues for months before finally wearing out. You could easily have reached that point.

I'd also try a slight toe out, as recommended by SteerSmarts, to help mitigate shimmy and wobble.
