nothing, what are the mandatory items that need to be replaced, i know crush sleeve, pinion seal, maybe a shim pack bearings only have 20K on them as long as there pulled off right i can imagine them needing to be replaced, bolts yea they may stretch some but lets face it this isn't a high performance high horse power rig.

Depends on what you are replacing. Even with the proper bearing puller you aren't going to be able to pull the small side bearing off the carrier without damaging it. The other 3 bearings can be pulled, but you run a risk every time you pull them loosening up.

So absolutely bare minimum, you could get by with the one carrier bearing, the CS, and the pinion seal. Probably $100 total for those 3 things after shipping. Mess 1 bearing up and your install is now delayed 2-3 days while you get another bearing/race shipped to you at another $50+shipping. The full bearing kit from Summit is $180 for the rear axle, and the full rebuild kit is $205 and includes the shims that you may or may not need depending on the gear brand you bought.

Any industrial bearing supply will have them in stock, most cities have at least one bearing supplier. They're usually cheaper and better quality too.
