Has anyone else had issues/delays in getting Dynatrac ball joints or other Dynatrac items? I ordered a set from @Northridge4x4 on 11/26. In thier defense they were not in stock with an estimated ship date of 1 to 2 days. I figured they would just drop ship from Dynatrac. Dynatrac has them in stock and ready to ship straight from them but I got a good enough deal from Northridge 4x4 that I don't want to cancel the order and start over. I even called Dynatrac and spoke with a sales guy and he confirmed they do have them in stock and ready to ship. He was very unhelpful and it was obvious he wasn't going to even try. Supposedly Northridge will ship them sometime the week of the 18th which will be almost a month of my truck being on jack stands. Anyway, just curious if this is normal for Dynatrac to take this long to fulfill orders. I might want to go ahead and buy a couple rebuild kits and shelve them for later. The Teraflex ball joints i had installed don't play well with RCV axles. That's the reason for the change. I just didn't think it would take 3-4 weeks or more to get new ball joints.

Really sorry for the delays on this. We did a really large stocking order on these right before BF/CM to be able to offer the deal and they are taking way longer than expected. I can assure you they will ship out the same day they arrive to our facility.

Thanks for the response. I have been in contact with Northridge Customer Support and Shawn has been great. I bought these knowing they were not in stock so I'm not complaining about that.

As I was typing this Northridge PM'd me and is handling this for me as we speak. Major props to @Northridge4x4 !! You guys are true professionals. Thanks!

Spent more money than I want to think about at Northridge. In my experience, anytime I have had any questions or issues- calling them gets things cleared up super fast- and they are always transparent to the situation. Ordered a PSC big bore for our JK a couple years back- issue ended up being with PSC… however talking with northridge, had the full insider scoop to the delay, which was later confirmed directly with PSC. ??‍♂?? both great companies, both great customer service. Sounds like a unique stars have aligned delay.

Yes unique stars indeed. I seem to find alot of those at times, lol. But yes @Northridge4x4 is definitely coming through for me on this. Good customer service goes a long way and Northridge will reap the benefits of that kind of service. Good service in general is becoming a thing of the past. Will I think twice about ever upgrading to a full dynatrac setup? Absolutely based on the guy I spoke with. It was clear I was more of a nuisance than a customer. That's cool though. There's other options out there.
