Yeah I did a quick search and while I found a handful of options I couldn't find the exact one pictured. You might be able to try a reverse image search for the grille itself and possibly find the manufacturer. It ALMOST looks like the grille and brow go together.

Based on the Jeep logo on it, I would guess it is a Mopar part from long ago, or the company that produced it is no longer doing so.
