You got a screaming deal on your JTR, I'm envious.

I picked my Sport up in early Dec., it was advertised at 35.8K, it sounded too good to be true.
I was thinking it was going to be a bait and switch and was ready to walk if I smelled anything funny.

With so many '23's still unsold, and the '24's coming out, maybe some dealerships are temporarily curtailing the games.

Thanks Jeff. I believe that is exactly the case with Jeep and Ram product in Oklahoma. I was watching a YT video the other night that I think was in Idaho and they had 2023's stacked deep.

Not a fan of red but I could live with it. What a deal! I even think the red would grow on me in time.

I know nothing about that dealer nor would I care to. I would travel to get the best price as you did. Welcome to the club!

I have bought a few vehicles from shady, bad reviewed dealers over the years. I always went in knowing it could end up with some nefarious games being played and prepared myself to walk when needed. Sometimes you just get lucky. The dealership has to sell vehicles in order to stay in business.

Congratulations on your new Gladiator. I bought a new one in September and got 28% off MSRP. A lot of people thought I was not being truthful but I have the sales contract to prove it. My JTM was on their lot since June 23, so it wasn't like it had been sitting for a year. The deals are out there.

Good for you. And me. And everyone else .

Thanks Kevin I appreciate the welcoming comment. Yep, there are a couple replies to my post where they are really butt hurt on where I purchased and/or price paid. I look forward to interacting with more Jeep owners like yourself.

Hey man, I don't appreciate being called a shill when I am not. I am a new Jeep owner and a new member on this site and perhaps a bit giddy about what I, and a few others from reading this post, perceived as a great deal. If you don't believe it then that is on you. My first trip to the dealer in question two months ago would substantiate your opinion of the dealership and I wasn't very pleased wasting a day on their lot for nothing. Fast forward 2 months and advertised prices dropped even more especially on Rubi's. I reached out to someone there named Kyle who I spoke with when I was driving 3-hrs home from the previous visit. After several days of texting back and forth the deal happened. I don't know the dealer's reputation beyond that experience. I'll be using a Jeep dealer 4 miles from my house for service so that's probably my last interaction with them. BTW, I tried to make a similar deal with four closer dealers and they couldn't match the advertised discounts. Maybe I just got lucky. Good for me. Welcome to my post friend.
I’m not angry at you like the “dealer shill” op…I’m just angry from jealousy. I agree with you, don’t have to stay with the dealer and let him recoup his losses through maintenance. Great job,
Yours Angrily, Me.

Congrats! I'd grab the white Rubi that's still there if it's that price! Too bad it's not a diesel.

I noticed on Tuesday they increased the discount by $1000 over the red one I was getting on Monday when I was there picking it up. The discounts were the same on both. Maybe I should have waited one more day lol.

Congrats Bird Dog ! What a beauty and you get to drive like you stole it ….!
I got mine 2 days ago, and yes the giddy feeling is awesome. I think the discounts have peaked for the most part, as the regular dealers with normal volumes seem to be moving their inventory albeit slowly.
i too saved 25% of MSRP and it turned out to be the dealer closest to me. I spoke to many dealers in the greater LA area and had no success in trying to close a deal. I bought my wife’s Tesla on an app, and my 911 via text, 10 years ago.
anyway here’s a picture of mine, and I got the extended warranty 8 yrs/100K miles at cost.
There is a dealer on here that sells it for $50 over cost. Just an extra piece of mind. Lots of gadgets and sensors that can go bad. Don’t believe all the noise on the forums about bad experiences, people tend to complain about the bad but never say enough about great trouble free experiences.

Visit the David Stanley Jeep website… their pricing is bizarre.

It’s all over the place.

Nice job as well Andy! I'll probably buy an extended warranty and still have some time to decide. There are certainly some great deals right now for sure.

Totally agree. I bought mine at a dealer 3 hours away from my "home dealer" that I have trusted to do my service for years. unless this dealer is selling jeeps that were flooded in a hurricane without disclosure who cares where you buy. I've driven even further for deals on used cars to buy from someone you'll never see again in your life. sometimes that just how things roll
