Hey Folks,

Purchased a set of wheels/tires for my 23 JTHA earlier this week, supposed to be here Friday/Saturday from ExtremeTerrain, mounted and balanced. Looking forward to getting them on by wondering what to expect and what pressure to run the tires at.

Toyo's SPECs on the ET site do not make mention of a PSI but other sites like TireRack say max pressure is 65lbs, obviously, thats to high. Wondering what pressure I should run them at and has anyone gotten a set of these from ET site on wheels (mounted and balanced) before? What was your experience like? Did they do a good job or did you need to have them RFB'd after? Should I just follow what's on the door panel of the Truck, something lower?

Appreciate it!

Included pics of wheels and tires from ET's site.

Jeep Gladiator Toyo Open Country AT III's 1710962278355-jk

Jeep Gladiator Toyo Open Country AT III's 1710961523525-97

Is this weight w/air or just rubber?
Jeep Gladiator Toyo Open Country AT III's 1710961635677-b4

wheel weight shows as 28.6 + 66.6 for the tire (95.2 overall, not too bad)

I have a set of these in 35x11.5, and I run 32 psi in them, from what my chalk test told me. They are wearing perfectly with a rotation at every oil change

Looks like a low weight combination. I have Method 705s and Goodyear Ultraterrains for a similar weight. That combination is lower weight than the OEM wheels and Falken tires on the JTR.

I'd start those at 33 cold, targeting 34-35 rolling.
May want to drop to 32 cold in hotter months, but monitor for excessive pressure gains that might indicate that you're running them too low and they're getting too hot.

This likely explains why so many people don't notice too much of a difference in fuel mileage and or feel the need to re-gear when moving to a 35" tire. I was dead set on 37's and doing the other stuff until I saw and read about so many people not needing to change much w/35's. Budget conscious on this for at least this year.

Yes. If I behave I get 18.5-19 on the 35's.
