Good thing you weren't here last night. Tornados everywhere, including minutes from us once again. 3" hail in some areas.Colorado, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, California, Wyoming, Montana, Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Tennessee, Kentucky, Kansas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, New Mexico, Texas. I think that’s it until August. Will add a few more on a trip to the northeast.
We were just north of there on Terra Ciea a week and a half ago.Good thing you weren't here last night. Tornados everywhere, including minutes from us once again. 3" hail in some areas.
That's just about enough to maybe crack a Jeep windshield a little bit.
I may take a drive later today, before the next round, and see how much damage was done to the fairgrounds and Pleasant Hill - where we used to live. Radar picked up quite a debris signature after it went across the fairgrounds into PH.
We may add a couple of states later this year if we actually get to go to LA and visit gator country, then cross over to Florida once again. Will it be with this one, or yet another?
My nephew is getting married in FL near the end of September and I figured it might be fun to go to the wedding and make a fun trip of it. Can't recall where, but it's supposed to be just north of Sarasota where my wife likes to visit the beaches.
Similar here mines 8So far for me I’ve been to 9. MI, OH, IL, IN, MO, OK, TX, NM, AZ. 3800 miles.
Right in that area.We were just north of there on Terra Ciea a week and a half ago.
Yes. Siesta key is west of Sarasota. Gorgeous. Clearwater is west of Tampa, north of St. Petersburg. About an hour from Sarasota.Right in that area.
I think the beach my wife likes is Siesta Beach or something like that and my nephew is getting married at Clearwater? Does that sound right?
So cool. I’d love to do a European vacation with my Jeep. But that’s probably insanely expensive. If I ever do, I’ll let you know.Germany (many places)
Netherlands
Belgium
Austria
France
Italy
End of next week we will head to Corsica (belongs to France but I think they consider themself as an own country) and on the way back home I will cross Switzerland.
Most likely Poland will also be added to the list this summer.
Unfortunately we will never make it to the US.
When I worked for Compressor Controls Corp, my then boss (you'd never know by looking at him) was a real avid bicyclist. He owned a couple of pretty nice and expensive bikes and did RAGBRAI every year - both directions. He took one of his bikes over to Europe and literally rode pretty much each country there and even ended up bicycling through parts of China, after that. He said it was the best way to see Europe for it's real beauty, and meet the people. It was also one of the transportation methods of choice over there then so he fit right in.So cool. That would be an amazing trip. I’m certainly not avid, but love my road bike. When I worked for Compressor Controls Corp, my then boss (you'd never know by looking at him) was a real avid bicyclist.
