With the aev 2" lift, the mojave looks better on 37s in my opinion. Very happy with the kit so far.

Here's my Mojave with the AEV lift plus geo brackets and 35" ko2's. Smartcap, RR Arcus with 12k winch. I do havehelper bags set at 5psi in the rear. 75% of the time I love it. The other 25% I hate because of the soft springs. I'm researching a completely different setup for the future.

I am considering the RSI. Waiting, for the new latch system. I understand you need to seal the gaps in the tailgate to keep the dust out of the bed. What is your experience?

The other consideration is the new Xtrusion overland offering.

I had mine installed and from the looks of it they sealed up the tailgate area. I've only had it a couple of weeks and haven't been up to the hills yet to get dirty.

They’ll ship you the latches automatically if you’re registered on their site as an owner. Easy swap. But you might be waiting a while. They have been talking about the latches as “coming soon” for forever.

Cheap tailgate seal kit off Amazon is necessary or else the pressure vent on the cap is useless. One seal across the bottom of the bed at the tailgate, one on either side of the tailgate on the bed as well. No more dust even if there are small gaps. It makes enough pressure for the cap to work as intended.

The new version that has not been released yet allows you to open from the inside as well not just the upgraded latch\anti-freeze covers. At least that is my understanding.

I have a sport S, with AEV 2” spacer kit and 35”s. Very pleased with stance/lift height as I didn’t want it to be too high. Doesn’t ride stock anymore for me though since I went with the Bilstein 5100’s, if your keeping all Mojave parts this shouldn’t be an issue for you. For the money I don’t think there is a more complete kit out there and AEV obviously stands behind their products/testing. As for longevity I can’t speak to that yet.

Looks great! Stock springs? Did you have to regear from the 3.73? For the Bilstein Shocks, did you go with the 0-1.5 inch shocks and use the shock extenders from the AEV kit? Thinking of going a really similar route with the 255/85/17r Baja’s.

Thanks, still very happy with it, have about 3,000 miles on it. Did not regear and I am still seeing 8th on the highway. I did recalibrate with the snap that came with the kit to change the tire size to 35”.

Kept stock springs, I went with next size up on the Bilsteins, so longer shocks and did NOT use the extenders with the kit.

The Baja’s are amazing in wet weather and very quiet. I will have to see how they wear but so far I’m very impressed and it’s a bonus that they look like M/T’s.

if your not looking for a huge lift this is a really nice kit. With the Bilsteins it’s definitely firmer than the stock Sport suspension but FAR more stable on the highway.

FYI I also added the Bilstein steering stabilizer and the Steer Smarts sector shaft brace and that tightened things up quite a bit. I would highly recommend that to stop the floating around on the highway. Next will be the steer smarts adjustable track bar and some new brake lines although the stock ones are performing just fine.

Weight is going to be your biggest issue with the AEV lift. I would wait until you have added more to the Mojave. I added steel bumpers, winch, smartcap, frontrunner roof rack, sliders, recovery tools and lost about 2 inches of rear lift, you can see it my profile pic. I was 5970lbs without camping gear and family. I dont think the AEV lift using the OEM suspension will handle the weight as well as upgrading your shocks and springs. Really depends on how you plan to use the Mojave. I found some guys with a lot of weight on AEV lift didnt like the way it drove and some guys are fine. With OEM suspension, I was bobble heading badly on rocky trails and quite a bit of lean and sway when turning, that boat feeling. My bump stops were hitting on speed bumps. Being lifted a bit more with that suspension, with the exception of bumps stops, I didnt see those issues getting better. I went with 3in Dobinson Mono Reserve Reservoir adjustable shocks and 800-1200lb rated front/rear springs, adjustable control arms, track bars and steering stabilizer from MetalCloak and have non of those issues. I was worried about losing the comfort and being to stiff but that was why i went with adjustable shocks, I can soften or stiffen as needed and not lose the OEM driving feel/comfort of the Mojave, the difference is, it handles the surprise bumps or pots holes with ease. I can handle those down hill mountain curvy roads with confidence and not have slow down, although, i think switching my 35s from 7.5in wide stock wheels to wider 9in Methods wheels help with that, Im planning on 37s. Be patient, do it right the first time! Good Luck!

BTW, the bowing spings and release pin at the top of the front swar bar disconnects were corrected.

My 2024 Mojave is in production! Now I have to figure out the first few mods. Winch and SmartCap are already ordered. I would like to give just a small amount of lift (maybe) and a little rake in the back as I know I will have heavy loads. I plan on keeping, for now, the stock 17" wheels and putting 35 x 11.5 tires on (I have Mopar longer LCAs ready to go on as I know the Mojave is already taller than other trims and they all use the same LCAs...dumb). I would like to keep the stock suspension, for now. So, spacers or ????? Or, do I need to rethink this?
3/4 in daystar spacers all the way around and call it a day.

2.5" AEV lift, Mopar long LCAs, Fox steering stabilizer, 35s. I had to put RSE slider steps to get in but I LOVE IT. Exactly what I wanted.
