A guy sold me his Mopar LED headlights to put on my 2020 Gladiator Sport Max Tow that came with halogens. After the swap I can only get low or high beams. I mean, when I put on high beams, I get no light from the vehicle to the bright beam. I don't care about the halo lights, but I do want to see good at night. So I took it to my dealer to get it fixed. They charged me $135. and didn't fix the problem. So I took it back for them to try a second time...still no fix. What can I do to fix it?

You have to tell the truck you switched from halogen to LED. I know the Taser allows you to do it. I'm sure other programmers do as well. Mine came with LED so I've never had to deal with this problem but many others have made the swap successfully.

The dealer refresh should have taken care of it. Take it back to them.
