Yours are possibly some of those after-market LEDs that people curse and why NHTSB and others are looking into such things ;-)then have a dealer program? The $225 LED bulbs I installed in less than a hour, will have the low beams illuminate a two lane road from curb to curb, up to however far I aim them, but to keep from blinding oncoming traffic I lowered to approximately 2” lower at a 50” distance, that places it no higher than the taillights on an average sedan.
Why have a dealer program them? You don't need that if you have Tazer, AlfaOBD or JSCAN and Jeep people doing mods really should own one of those three anyway.
Have you run any tests with another driver approaching to see how it impacts them? You can't tell by how much light is on the road - there's a few pickups around here with after-market LED lights I wish it was legal to shoot them out..
To think you can actually get quality lighting for that price? Yeah, ok.
