Hello!

I saw a post on FBMP selling Mojave parts including the suspension. I currently have a stock Sport S. What parts will I need to replace my suspension with the mojave suspension?

The Mojave suspension parts include the following:

- 4 shocks (front/rear)
- 4 springs (front/rear)
- 2 front hydraulic bump stops (you may not be able to directly bolt these on without modification to the Sport shock towers. Not sure)

Differences:
- The front shocks use an M14 bolt instead of an M12 like the Sport. So the shock bolt holes will need to be drilled out on your Jeep to fit the larger bolt, and the larger bolts themselves will be needed.
- The front shocks have remote reservoirs. You will need to figure out how to route the fluid hoses and mount the reservoir brackets to your front frame

So the other suspension pieces are not needed and my stock sport S parts will be fine?

Also, are bump stops necessary to put on the vehicle?

Yes, they stop upward suspension travel before things start hitting.

You already have bumpstops. They're just not the fancy hydraulic ones that come on the Mojave.

Okay so I don't necessarily need the hydraulic bump stops then. Thanks!

Does anyone have a picture of the front and rear bump stops on their Mojave? I want to make sure I pick up all the parts I need and have not been able to find a picture of the actual parts. When I look up pictures it's mostly advertisements that pop up.

Also please take note there are some extra reinforcement pieces included for the chassis, to help strengthen for high speed desert hits. I’m not exactly sure what a where they are but that’s what I’ve read. I too would like clarification as I also own a Sport S. thinking about doing the same. Or to a Wrangler Sport 2dr.

There are welded gussets on the front spring towers and additional frame crossmembers near the front

The rear Mojave bump stops are the same as what you already have on the Sport:

The front Mojave bump stop is the hydraulic post mounted to the top of the spring tower and extends down inside the front springs:
