@Billkowski - I’d recommend a dead pedal and a Bolt hood lock before you step away from the bottle.

Mine is a ‘22 Mojave w/ AEV 2” lift and Geo brackets shortly after I got it. Added AEV Borah’s and 315 (sort of 35’s) KO2’s. (Planned to do 37’s when I got it but got a great deal on the AEVs w/ tires). Rides at least as good as stock. The brackets made sure I had enough caster to be nice and stable on-road.

Also did a number of other little mods that just enhanced the truck. It already had a Mopar steel bumper and Warn winch, Rhino bed liner, Bed Rug (belt’s and suspenders), and folding bed cover. Coverking liner was a great addition as well. The Mopar headliner looks fine but not nearly as nice as the Coverking. Also did the sound deadening for the roof and all the doors.

Looks amazing. I have a Mojave with 2" AEV & 35s. Going to 37's (should have done that to begin with). Have you re-geared? My KO2's with 12,000 will be on market place soon, cheap.

Re-gearing would seem to be the consensus thing to do. Here is my case study with my stock weight truck and light/smallish 37s.

1. I seem to be in 8th as much as before on flats and slight inclines.
2. It will still break pavement now in 1st if I turn traction control off.
3. It's still fun to drive as it still has pep in its step for what it is. It was never a speed demon and re-gearing will never change that.

My opinion: if you want what I stated above, make sure weight is in your equation for tires and extras(of course if you are going to add 1000lbs of aftermarket goodies it's not gunna matter, it's gunna be a slug even with regearing) The regearing thing is expensive but some vehicles really need it...do what you are going to do and see how it feels(try to get as much of a baseline feel now , so you can compare).

I am pleased with how mine is now........

Great color btw, wheels are cool too....I may have room for that...

Good stuff there, love the bed rug. Really keen on keeping this thing light, so bumpers and winches are off the table.

I started off the same way...at 1100 miles on the 2023 mojave. AEV 2" spacer and 37s (kanati mud hogs thanks to a deal on Walmart that cost me $412 shipped to the house). Added 1.5" wheel spacers. A few months later it was front bumper and winch. 6 months later it was drop brackets, sway bar disconnects, and the rock krawler triangulated 4 link rear. I'd say the 4 link made the biggest difference in ride. Head toss when hitting bumps at an angle is almost non-existent thanks to the lack of a rear track bar. The rear feels more planted now and it's actually harder to get it to drift when cornering at speed in the dirt. Only taken it on some washboarded dirt roads since the changes but I'm very happy with it... for now. They are never done. These pics were before the last 3 suspension changes so hopefully there will be less 3 wheeling now.

It seems you California folks have some of the best wheeling environments, great scenery. Love the yellow.

ok I may have misrepresented the truth a bit. As an experiment, I added some 1.75 inch Synergy wheel spacers. Quality seemed very good on these, but I still felt a little sketchy installing them.

We'll see if we stick with them, looks nice I think.

Looks good. I’ve taken advantage of Black Friday deals from Streetsmarts and Metalcloak. It never ends.

AEV lift and geo brackets with AEV Savegres and 35"KO2's. Gonna go up to 37s and I'm strongly considering ditching all the Fox stuff. It's great for higher speed applications but at slower speeds in the rough it blows through the travel and spends too much time on the bump stops.

I am looking at the AEV Mojave 2" lift and skyjacker geo brackets.

Do any of you have a side view picture of it installed with 35" tires. I am now concerned that it will look weird on 35" tires. This is a new to me 2021 with 24,000 miles. I have added Dirt Life wheels and 35" Falken Peak R/T tires, steps and bedcover. Also, fixed the rear window leak.

With 35's, should I only do the teraflex 1.5 leveling kit? Will not be doing hard wheeling, just trails probably. I have sxs for harder wheeling. But we do hope to take it to Palo Duro Canyon. I want the look and height of the lift, but not if it will look out of place. Also like to get rid of some of the rake.

Need advice and pictures??

I think it looks fine with 35s. It looks better with 37s and even better with 40s lol.

Do the AEV. My two cents.

This is my Sport with 35’s, no lift, 1 1/2” teraflex front leveling kit (for the winch and steel Tyger stubby front bumper) i do mostly mild trails, logging roads.

AEV 2in Lift, 37 KO2s - Conservatively non-stock. Drives great, rides great, looks good.... if I do anything else I'm just gunna mess something up, The key with any vice is knowing when to stop :captain:
