Oh they care alright. Ask the dipstick CEO who just "left" Stellantis about it.The steering box TSB was somewhat of a boondoggle when released. The TSB told the techs to follow Tech Authority Instructions for removal and replacement of the steering gear which tells them to remove the pitman arm nut, discard and replace with new. The TSB at least through REV. F did not give them a new replacement Pitman Arm nut that would come with pre-installed dried thread locker in the required parts listing so most dealership techs threw the old one back on as-is.
Sucks to hear but 90% of your problem was the shit dealer you dealt with. Jeep does not care you left the brand as someone with a similar story from another brand comes over to replace you.
