When I had my Wrangler, I had one of the “bolt-on” (it’s not actually bolted on) hood deflectors and really liked the look. I wanted to add one to my Mojave X Gladiator, but both Extreme Terrain and Quadratec say they’re not meant for the Mojave hood. Anyone know why this is? When I compare the very front end of the hoods on my wife’s Wrangler and my Mojave Gladiator, I can’t see why it would not work.

Has anyone tried putting one of these on a Mojave?

Is that Mojave hood "scoop" functional in terms of air flow perhaps?

No, it’s not functional—strictly for looks. And it seems to me that the hood deflector Is far enough in front of it that the shape of the hood should not matter.

Seeing as how these hood deflector wrap down the sides, all the way to the hood latches. Perhaps it has something to do with the Mojave hood sitting higher.

Interestingly, at the Extreme Terrain link, a number of customer photos show these deflectors on Mojave Gladiators!

What about buying them and finding out? Or contacting the company?

I’ve thought about doing just that. I could always send it back. I just thought I’d check here first to see if anyone had any experience with them on a Mojave.

I tried to ask the question on the Extreme Terrain page, and they just gave me a link to a different deflector, which is not what I meant .

No joke. Like I said, I had one on my Wrangler. I just liked the way it looks, which is the case with a lot of stuff we do to our Jeeps.
What’s the verdict RMansfield? Any luck in your search?

I just ordered MOPAR 82215367AB. According to 3 different Jeep parts counters, it’s supposed to work with my VIN. I’ll update this thread if it works or not!

Is your Mojave new?
I have a 2024 Mojave and I’m still running into problems trying to buy things for the 2024 - where the websites say… “Will only work 2020-2023” kinda thing. Trying to email or call the companies…they don’t know WHY it doesn’t fit. I’ve been ordering stuff anyway…. it’s been hit or miss. I’ve returned at least 3-4 items while keeping 3-4 other items. It just depends on what it is…..

No luck. I've not pulled the trigger on ordering because I don't know if I want to go to the trouble of having to send it back.

Yes, it's a 2025. I also briefly had a 2024. A lot of changes came with last year's models. Normally, I can figure out why something won't work on mine just by looking at it, but the bolt on hood deflector is a mystery to me.
