I've tried to search for my answers, but it seems like I am struggling to find exactly what I want to know.

1) Would installing JUST the level kit (thinking of the Teraflex 1" kit) void any part of the warranty, typically? I don't plan on changing tires anytime soon.

2) Is there a real world drop in MPG from JUST the 1" leveling kit? I am not worried about small amounts, but if it were to drop by 1 or 2MPG, that is pretty huge.

3) Will there be a noticeable change in drivability?

4) Will the axle shift sideways enough to notice it (if I am looking for it - I am very particular)?

I mainly want to do the level kit for looks - I don't plan on offroading this truck (have a heavily modified TJ for that) - but if there are significant downsides to the leveling kit, I will hold off.

Down the road, outside of warranty and when I "retire" my TJ, I MAY want to add a steel bumper, winch, larger tires (no larger than 35s) - so this leveling kit will probably not be where I 'stop' if that makes sense!

The only thing it would be problematic is if you have front suspension issues or complaints and try to obtain warranty. It can be a point of conjecture if noticed and dealership wishes to hang their hat on the level kit. Magnuson Moss Warranty Act states they have to show a particular aftermarket installed item is causing the issue but what the law says and reality may be a disconnect. Edit - (You are in Canada, so disregard this)

I would imagine it be minimal if at all. What impact MPG's the most is extra weight on the front like a winch/bumper, larger tires/wheels or removing any aero covers under the vehicle.

3) Will there be a noticeable change in drivability?
Spacer will stiffen up the ride and rebound on the front end. Will be subjective on how much that impacts drivers feel and driving feedback.

4) Will the axle shift sideways enough to notice it (if I am looking for it - I am very particular)?
1" is minimal in this regard but in most cases, vehicle axles are never perfectly center even from the factory. Even the MOPAR 2" lift does not provide a front adjustable trackbar.

You will though probably have to recenter your steering a bit but that is pretty easy to do without needing an alignment.
