I have to relocate the shock reservoirs on my JT to accommodate the snow plow mounting brackets.
The skid plate has to be removed when the frame brackets are in place (I typically only leave them on through the winter although Western says those stay on all the time - sorry, I remove them)

I'm looking for ideas on how/where to route the hoses. The parts the hoses route through and which hold them to the frame have to move or be removed. They will be in the way for the snow plow brackets.
Has anyone here relocated the reservoirs for other reasons, and re-routed the lines/hoses? Will this even be possible without buying new lines???

I have brackets. This is right after I powder coated them (some of you may recognize these - they bolt on where the sway bar mounts to the frame) -

I must have the area where the tape marks these three frame holes clear for the plow brackets -

This hole is the other - hard to see in the pic above as it's partially hidden under the hose -

This is how it was on the 2022 Overland to give some perspective -

I guess no one has relocated their Mojave shock reservoirs so I'll be a pioneer and figure it out as a I go -
hoping I don't need to change the hoses/lines as I don't know what issues that may introduce into the shocks with the air and all.

From the photos it looks like you could move the lines to the outside of the plow brackets and mount the line retaining brackets to threaded holes that you make in the plow bracket. Or, maybe you can make short extenders to the existing line brackets to move the lines (?) It seems that the plow brackets must sit tight on the frame, and that would be why the first approach is probably what should be pursued.

The brackets do need to bolt flat to the frame, but the frame isn't totally even.
The downward parts of the frame sit proud of the main frame rails. The brackets account for that.

The plow mounting rail bolts to the part on the far right with the 4 holes and reinforcement.

Here's the bolts that hold the plow brackets and you can tell by the dirt pattern where it hits the frame.

The shocks are pressurized with nitrogen, you can get different/longer hoses but that requires refilling the oil and refilling with nitrogen.

So I did remember correctly that you don't just swap the hose and sit back and call it done.
There was something in the back of my mind that said "avoid opening that system if at all possible".
You just validated my resistance to opening that system.
