Use to run Rusty's kits on several JK's back in the day, and they were fine. His customer service must have gone down hill, bc I was leaving to go on a ride out of town, and noticed one of trac bar bushings had worn out in very little time. Rather than him sending me a new busing to be pressed in, he overnighted me a new trac bar all together. Delayed my departure by a day, but can't ask for much better customer service than that.

Went looking for a front trackbar reinforcement that was not the current combo steering box sector shaft type and would fit a 2024+ that is dimensionally different and settled on giving Rusty's Off Road a try.

Ordered last Saturday with also a veterans 5% discount applied and had shipping info by the next Monday and just received it today. Seems well built and no complaints so far.

If the install goes well, may not count Rusty's out for something else down the road.

Looks heavy, with a darned nice finish on it.
Install pics coming up I assume.

Yeah, it is a high luster black gloss. My pics wash some of that out. That pretty finish though will be covered in fluid film anyways when installed.

It is on the list of other stuff I need to get done like a complete axle set swap and will probably do it then. I just have to get a window where the weather & being off work align.

Shopping for lift kits and came across rusty's offroad. Looking at 2 inch full kits(no spacers). Rusty's seems to include all you need at a pretty good price. They do claim made in USA. So far I have the mopar kit, AEV 2.5 inch kit and now Rusty's 2 inch kit on the list. I have also looked at clayton's and metalcloak kits but they are a little expensive for me. My Gladiator is going to be for overlanding so no serious rock crawling. Looking for a kit that includes everything I need. Only going to run 35 inch tires on stock wheels.
Did you ever get the Rusty’s 2 inch installed?

No I went with the mopar 2 inch kit. My Jeep is still under warranty so figured I would keep it mopar. Really like the kit. Added an adjustable front track bar and everything has been good.
