Not sure. There's plenty of adjustment in the uppers, but the kit doesn't include lowers (or need them at those lift heights. My guess would be that at over 5" you'd want to add adjustable lowers but otherwise it would work fine.
Conversely what about below 3"

The truss on top of the axle could possibly hit the body? Or the control arms might not clear the frame? I ran it without issues with the AEV 2" spacer lift but that includes 2" bump stop extensions. I don't think it would clear with stock height bump stops and springs.

Should be fine at your current height in my opinion. My mojave got run just as hard with the 2" spacer and 2" bump stop extensions as it does now on 3.5" springs and the rear worked flawlessly.

I have this kit sitting on my bench ready to go. I already have the Synergy TB and relocation bracket installed along with the adjustable lower CAs. I just need to decide to keep my JT or go for the 26 Bronco. My JT now has 30 K on it so it's about worn out,,,lol.

For those that have installed their RockKrawler rear suspension, did you do it yourself and how was it drilling out the wholes for the bracket on the diff? Then tapping the holes? Do you think this mod will be an issue for transmission warranty in the future?

The drilling and tapping wasn't bad. They'd be hard pressed to claim that suspension links caused a tramission issue.
