Speaking of t-shirts..........................
One thing that is done by many quilters, and sometimes requested by someone who has lost a husband who had a lot of t-shirts from events, or sport team themes, Harley Davidson shirts, you name it, or just done as a gift for someone "what do we do with all of these t-shirts you have"........... a t-shirt quilt.
You cut out the important bit of the shirt with the graphics or whatever, back it with a stabilizer since the shirts stretch and so on, and turn all of those shirts into a quilt of memories.

My wife has helped make some (she hates doing them, too boring for her tastes), and has quilted a lot of them on her long-arm APQS quilting machine.

Why does it matter to the person doing the laundry?
It was just a general comment…..not meant for you to over-think it. 😆

Putting them in the dirty laundry basket right side out - saves the laundry person (me) time.

Just leave the inside-out. Why change them?

So, we only talk about stuff like this in the dead of winter on motorcycle forums.

“winter threads"

It was 90 degrees here today, ladies and germs.

And that's why I took the day to clean my JT up, check fluids, and get ready for a Jeep outing weekend.
Man, does that black pop with the ceramic.

Just leave the inside-out. Why change them?
Because, nobody wears a t-shirt inside out. 😆
I make sure every shirt (t-shirts or other) are right side out before I fold or hang them up.

The Collars & Co ad on TV started it all.
Over the head, one arm then the other.

That is the way your mommy
helped you get dressed
when you were two years old.
Excuse me if I'm too harsh.

Putting it over your head
then reaching in the sleeves
and grabbing your little hands
and pulling them through.
Thank you mommies, everywhere.

Hardly one to judge sartorial technique,
it seems to me, however,
now that we are all grown up
that method is harder on the shirt.

So far, arms first leads 2 to 1 in the survey
over headfirst.
Well done, men.

No one uses the Metalcloak technique.
One arm, the head, then the other arm.
Which might make one wonder
about their engineering.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Yes... thank you... we appreciate the kudos... it is that same out-of-the-box thinking that gave us the Arched Tube Fenders, the 6Pak Shocks, the Duroflex Joint, Corner Travel Index, and Parabolic Valving... to name a few. ;)

Or maybe our engineers are just certifiably crazy. (<-- this)

I did the configuration for a computer interface for a turbo-compressor control system back in the late 1990s. I chose a system board made by a Korean company based in California - YMS.
I spoke with one of their head guys on the phone a number of times as this was a very critical PC build for a Gazprom project.
We got to chatting about how tough it was to keep up - hardware, software - the first company out the door with a product pretty much won even if the company a day later was a superior product.
The guy told me that the most commonly used part of their benefit package was mental health care. He said it was so tough, their engineers would pretty much go batty after a while due to the tension and pressure of the job.

So - sounds like your engineers are pretty normal to me.
