Thanks! We've also got an almost 5 year old too. The boys will be my mechanics when I can finally afford offroading!

Yesterday my little buddy broke his femur ice skating, and I married my 2nd couple (yes i'm ordained, by the internet).
So today I decided to make a mobile cart because he's very uncomfortable when we move him. Thought i'd share some photos since we still are waiting on pricing.

And when he's 9 or 10 you can convert that table into a Hockey Game - you know, like the ones I grew up with, sliding the players forth & back, all the while twisting like crazy to send the puck to the other end -- SCORE !

FINALLY . . . I can put a face, in fact, the whole person, to a Sur-Name (so to speak). And NOW I comprehend your
OBSESSION with PLYWOOD and "real" wood in general ! Thanks for "opening up part of your "life window" for our voyeuristic tendencies ! ? From the looks of it, you've had a hand in the handy-wood-work of the walls ? Floors ? Not to mention the obvious furnishings !?
I've always been a fan of "Natural"-- i.e.; wood interiors, nice wood furnishings and Leather for the seating stuff ! Did I mention I have an associates in Architectural Design & Drafting ? Of course not (yet) ! :) . Yea, if I could I'd have me an all wood 'Flintstones' kinda "jeep" but with electric motors at all 4 wheels -- so tired of using my feet (when I was a "tiny person" ha). Well, that's all Folks . . . just a quick acknowledgment of this Thread -- Stay well to all who reside in your "wooden Castle" .

Thanks for the kind words Lou. I'm putting up a rustic barnwood like wall. Miteting for all the windows is tough.

I'll post the time lapse video when it's all done.

I noticed some days ago how it looks like you live in a log cabin, always loved the idea of living in a log cabin, may actually get one some day. Need to find the right piece of land for it though. Already have some plans in mind.

Yeah, i need to finish the barnwood down to the floor. We painted the wall brown first, then I put on the wood. Its cozy back there.

Lol... My dad always told me he liked the idea of me being a mechanic because then he could have someone work on his trucks for free... Well... I ended up being a mechanic by my own choice... He won...

Gotta be some saying about if you can't fix it with a hammer or screwdriver it's too complicated or something?

Ideally, one boy would be a cardiologist, and the other an attorney, but I'll settle for anything more than living in my basement forever.
