There goes any chance of good TV for a few months.......... ugh, and me stuck in the house for a while. Can't WAIT to get back outside away from having it shoveled down our throats on all of the main channels.

Give me some TV that forces thought or figuring things out or is at least funny.

Can't laugh at that one because there's too damned much truth in it.
My 50th reunion - the "beauties" back then, well, not so much now and many of them are hard luck cases.

What you think you saw back then - all an illusion. It rarely ever turns out the way you think it will.
I think I was among the most happy people in that room.

In my class. The ones who got married right after high school got divorced a few years later with 3 or 4 kids. The ones who waited to get married lasted the longest.
The beautiful looking ones blew up like a balloon. The ones you wouldn't look at twice turned into some beauties.

Unless their moms were hot back in the day also, 90% chance they were going to be versions of their mothers at the same age.

Good thing men are success objects more than for their looks because most of us could not look down and see our own dicks without pulling up some belly fat.

Reminds me of the time Red Green was giving one of his talks to men and talking about "do you really think you want to get back into the dating thing" - and something like "look up, look down, look under if you have to.............".

Yup, ditto here. One reason why I tell my son to always treat people decently, especially the ladies. You never know how hot they're going to turn out and you don't want them to have a memory of what an asshole you were to them.
