I didn't do much to mine for almost a year and a half - only things I did were floor mats, steps (OEM for both), entry guards, and a tonneau cover (and some internal bits - Amazon storage bins).

I've added, since then, Bilstein shocks, 1" level, and Mopar hard tonneau - only things I want now are steel bumpers and a winch - maybe some lights on the bumper(s).

The first round of mods......Lift, tires/wheels, Sunrider, CB, HAM radio, antennas/mounts, Tazer, tonneau cover, bedrug, and a few other things were in the shop at least a month before the truck was delivered. I pretty knew what I was looking for and got started right away.
