Why would they be upgraded for strength? People swap JL and JT wheels back and forth all the time.
(frankly, they look more massive than the base Rubicon and Mojave wheels to me.)
Just thinking Papas. Trying to see if any infomation was out on load rating, etc. I believe they are the same and yes i love how these look. I see that on one of thousand mopar online stores have them for about $305 a pop. looking to get a set 5 with a rear tire stlye set up. Prob the dirtcom hicth even thou its like 2k

Imagine if they would just put the female pin side on the door harness instead of the body harness how much easier it would be to repair

I really like the look as well. Anyone doing the retro Jeep look, they'd be perfect.

They'd really clash with my mojito Mojave, unless they were painted a different color, but they look so beefy and retro, like something made for battle.

JT's!
Good day everyone, Got two questions -
1. Any information if these wheels are upgraded for strenght to fit the gladiator platform or most likely the same specs they used on the 4xe '41 special last year? (17-inch Olive Drab painted wheels)

2. What is the color of that tan/sand decal on the 392 cammando ? I know the two primary colors for the glafiator '41 is drab olive and decals is drab blue(slate blue?) Interior has mantis green stiching ?

Intersted because last year i wanted to make my own freedom style edition using the '41 and max tow trim. Now i got that itch again :) ($$) Oh lord
They are the same specs/part number wheel. Incase anyone is looking for details on them we offer them here https://www.allmoparparts.com/sku/68640198aa.html

Cant really comment on the decal color. We would need a Commando VIN to first research the part numbers IF they even catalog them, With specialty vehicles some parts are not displayed and dealers must call in to order in order to keep the parts exclusive.

Thanks, Benny! I'm totally interested in these wheels when I grab my new 4th (and maybe last) Gladiator for this generation. I'll probably snag a set of five because I think this build is gonna look badass with a rear tire carrier

Just please don't ever say "it's the last Jeep I'll ever own."
@Rusty PW can fill you in........ unless you know already

There would be absolutely no end ever to the thread if that happened.

Very true! I totally planned on keeping my diesel Overland for years, but I ended up trading it in for my current Anvil Max Tow after only four years. What I meant was 'last for this current generation,' which will probably wrap up around '28 or '29, right? Then the itch will definitely come back, and I'll probably just grab another one by then, LOL!"

I've stalled on building this one up because i have some color regret after owning two hydroblue gladiators. Planning to go all out on this next one

The last Jeep I’ll own will be the LJR or a flat fender - and we already have the LJR. I already knew the JT won’t outlive that Jeep.

I'll post a pic later but I guess it's a Florida thing and possibly other Southern States. If the windows were clear and closed in the sun, you would literally have a sauna inside.
Up here in Pennsylvania…. Yea..there are restrictions on window tint.

I can‘t say that its ever enforced…..Perhaps in situations where its extremely dark and totally obvious. If a cop sees you acting like an ass-hat on the road, they’ll use any ‘non enforced‘ law (window tint, tires sticking out, etc) as yet another excuse to pull you over.

We have yearly inspections ….. So, your inspection station can decide to overlook it (or not).

My Gladdy front windows were tinted to match the rear, so it’s not as obvious (and/or might appear stock). The hubby’s BMW windows were tinted pretty dark. He doesn’t act like an asshat on the roads and hasn’t got pulled over yet. 😆

Just to your south in the DPRMD the only time you'll get dinged for tint is if you buy it and the initial inspection says its too dark, or similar to above, if you're a prick to the cop who pulled you over and he decides to find other... problems... with your vehicle aside from your driving style.
